Burial Assistance Fund

Volunteers in Action has established a Burial Assistance Fund to assist those who have an unexpected financial need related to mortuary/burial costs for a family member or friend.  VIA has received donated burial plots and we have sold 1 of these plots for $5600 and started the Fund with those proceeds.  We have two other donated plots that we would like to sell to add to this fund. These are:  

  - 2 Mini-Crypts and Crypt Beds at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens, 19600 E. Smith Rd, Aurora, CO 80011

   - 1 Burial Plot/Right of Internment at Chapel Hill Cemetery in the Garden of Gethsemane section.  

If you are interested in purchasing either of these, for a discounted rate, and supporting the VIA Burial Assistance Fund, please call Donn at 303-713-9144.  VIA has already partnered with the Deacons of Connections Church to financially assist a family needing this help.  If you know of someone who might face financial hardship related to an unexpected death, please contact the VIA office or the Deacons at your church regarding help.  Donn Hansum
